面向复杂产品协同设计的元模式设计
Meta scheme-based collaborative design for multiple product
【摘要】 分布式制造应用之间的互操作是计算机辅助协同设计需要解决的核心问题。该文从一个航天复杂产品的协同设计实例出发,研究了支持多领域应用协同设计的To-Be模型。结合当前元语言、元框架等技术特点,提出了一种元模式协同设计方法。该方法具有将产品的工程特征信息描述与实现技术(程序语言、计算机辅助工具)隔离;应用可扩展标记语言描述产品元数据;应用元框架实现产品共享信息的交互等特点。设计了航天复杂产品协同设计知识大纲,实现了多领域应用的协同设计。
【Abstract】 Distributed applications m us t operate together in computer-aided collaborative design. This paper uses an a erospace product collaborative design example to illustrate the To-Be paradigm for supporting collaborative design across multi-domain applications. The lates t meta languages and meta frameworks technology were used to develop a meta sche ma-based collaborative design containing three kernel technologies. Product en gineering information descriptions are independent of computer-technologies suc h as programming languages and operating systems. The product engineering infor mation is described and related on the Internet; and the meta framework uses Int ernet connections, heterogeneous systems integration and self-adaptive componen t generation. The system has been used for the aerospace product design with sea mless integration of multi-domain applications.
