压电叠层作动器迟滞特性模型
Hysteresis compensation in piezoelectric stack actuators
【摘要】 压电叠层作动器是智能主动杆的关键部件,迟滞非线性是影响其控制应用的重要方面。在对迟滞特性进行分析的基础上,根据压电叠层作动器的工作特征,采用修正经典Preisach模型对压电作动器的迟滞特性进行建模,以预测压电作动器的位移输出,并进行了相应的实验分析。与随机电压序列的实测输出结果进行比较,该模型的误差范围小于2μm,明显优于线性模型,能更准确地预测作动器的位移输出,为实现精密的作动控制提供了可能。
【Abstract】 Hysteresis nonlinearities are fundamental limitations to the control of piezoelectric stack actuators, which are the key part of intelligent active members. Analysis of the actuator hysteresis was used to adapt the Preisach model to describe the hysteresis behavior of piezoelectric stack actuators and to predict the voltage control displacement response. The theoretical predictions compare well with experimental measurements driven by various random voltages; differences are less than 2 μm, 60% less than that with the linear model. Therefore, the adapted Preisach model can be used to provide more precise control of active members.
