碳纳米管的制备与应用
Synthesis and application of carbon nanotubes
【摘要】 综述了清华大学机械工程系纳米碳材料实验室10年来在碳纳米管相关领域的研究成果。采用浮动催化法制备了多壁碳纳米管、单壁碳纳米管、双壁碳纳米管和定向碳纳米管薄膜,针对各种产物的结构特点,研究了碳纳米管在力学、电学、复合材料、双电层电容器、场发射、储氢和环保等方面的性能。不同类型的碳纳米管具有不同的力学、电学和吸附性能,具有潜在的应用前景。
【Abstract】 The past ten years’ research into carbon nanotubes and their related materials was summarized in the Nanocarbon Laboratory, Department of Mechanical Engineering, Tsinghua University. The floating catalytic method was used for synthesis of multiwalled carbon nanotubes, singlewalled carbon nanotubes, doublewalled carbon nanotubes and aligned carbon nanotube films. Characteristics of different carbon nanotubes were studied with respect to mechanics, electricity, composites, double layer capacitors, field emission, hydrogen storage and environmental protection. The results show that carbon nanotubes, with various mechanical, electric and adsorptive behavior, are potentially applicable to many fields.
