串联H桥多电平变频器单元故障时的控制方法
Control of cascaded H-bridge multi-level inverters in fault
【摘要】 为了提高串联H桥高压变频器在单元故障时的容错能力,在深入分析了H桥单元故障时对多电平系统电压矢量影响的基础上,提出了调整开关状态控制方法。该方法不但可保证电机的对称运行,而且与故障时目前所采用的传统控制方法相比,在大多数故障方式下,还可提高输出合成电压矢量的幅值,减少故障对系统的影响。文中以串联H桥七电平矢量控制系统为例进行了分析,给出了调整开关状态控制方法的详细计算公式和计算结果。仿真和实验结果表明所提出的控制方法是正确和有效的。
【Abstract】 The fault tolerance and reliability of high voltage cascaded Hbridge multilevel inverters were improved by an adjustable switched state control method (ASSCM) developed by analyzing the effects of malfunctioning Hbridge cells on the voltage space vectors. Detailed equation and ASSCM results are given for a sevenlevel cascaded Hbridge multilevel inverter as an example. Compared with existing control methods, this method generates higher voltage space vector magnitudes and markedly reduces the influence of inverter problems on motor operation in most Hbridge cell fault modes while keeping the motor voltage symmetrical. Simulations and tests on a prototype show the effectiveness of the proposed method.
