【Abstract】 The content of polysaccharides in Polyonum viviparuml was determined by oxybenzene-sulfuric acid colorimetry in 490nm(conversion factor of polysaccharides f=5.036).Between 2ug/ml and 20ug/ml,absorbance and the content have good linear relation (r=0.9999).The content of polysaccharides in Polyonum viviparuml reaches 7.0%.更多还原
