【摘要】 柴达木盆地是我国内陆干旱区的三大盆地之一,这里不仅资源丰富,是重要的资源宝库,而且是进出西藏、新疆的重要门户,地缘政治地位亦十分重要[10][11].盆地内社会、政治、经济稳定持续的发展是西部大开发战略在青海得以顺利实施的重要保证,由于所处的独特的自然地理环境和地理位置,已逐渐成为人们研究的热点.本文以国家科技部"九.五"攻关项目"柴达木盆地可持续发展重大问题研究"和教育部骨干教师基金项目"柴达木盆地东部土地沙漠化遥感与GIS综合研究"的部分成果为基础,详述了"柴达木盆地资源环境信息系统"的设计与建立."柴达木盆地资源环境信息系统"以ArcInfo和ArcView为开发平台,以软件工程理论为指导依据,应用GIS技术、数据库技术和模块设计技术为基本的技术支持,建立了信息数据库,使用Avenue语言进行二次开发,并利用VisualBasic进行了界面开发及模块实现.该系统具有资源环境信息查询、空间分析、统计制图和打印输出等功能.更多还原

【Abstract】 As one of the three inland basins in our country, Qaidam basin not only has affluence resources and is the main resource treasury but also is key entrance to Xizang and Xinjiang, and it also has very important status in the aspect of geopolitics. In the basin, the steady-going and sustainable development of society, politics and economy will be able to assure the successful implementation of the policy"Development of the Huge West" in Qinghai province effectively. Because of it’s special natural geo-environment and geographic location, it has gradually become people’s researching focus. On the basis of the part achievement from the nation "9.5"key item "research to the important problem of Qaidam basin’s sustainable development ",this paper has specified the design and construction about "Qaidam basin’s resource and environment system". In the "Qaidam basin’s resource and environment system",using the developing platform "ArcInfo and ArcView",according to the software engineering theory instructively and applying the below three basic sustaining technologies"GIS,database and module’s design technology", we have constructed the information database and used the language "Avenue"to develop further. Furthermore, we have developed the interfaces and realized the modules by using the language "Visual Basic". This system has the below functions: inquiring the information about resource and environment, analyzing spatially, mapping,statistically printing and so on.更多还原
