碳钢热浸镀铝及微弧氧化研究

【摘要】 进行了碳钢热浸镀铝后微弧氧化的试验研究。观察、分析了镀铝层表面微弧氧化陶瓷膜的微观形貌以及组织结构;探讨了微弧氧化膜的形成机理及影响因素。结果表明,镀铝层表面形成的氧化膜为两层,表面疏松层和内部致蜜层。致密层硬度很高,疏松层硬度较低。微弧氧化膜的质量与热镀铝层质量及微弧氧化的工艺参数密切相关。

【Abstract】 The hot-dip aluminium and the micro arc oxidation on surface of carbon steel were researched. The morphology and the structures of the micro arc oxidation ceramic layer was observed and analyzed. The forming mechanism and the affecting factors were discussed. The result showed that the oxidation film of plating aluminium was two different layers, the external loose layer and the internal compact layer. The rigidity of the internal compact layer was very high. And the one of the external loose layer was lower. The quality of the micro arc oxidized film and the hot-dip aluminium was correlative to the technologic parameter.
