轻合金等离子体增强电化学表面陶瓷化进展
The Development of Plasma Enhance Electro-chemical Surface Ceramic-coa ting on Light Alloy
【摘要】 等离子体增强电化学表面陶瓷化(微弧氧化)是一项在有色金属表面原位生长陶瓷膜的新技术。介绍了微弧氧化技术生成氧化物陶瓷膜的原理、方法,陶瓷膜的性能特点及微弧氧化技术在轻合金中的研究进展状况和应用前景。
【Abstract】 Plasma enhance electro-chem ic al surface ceramic-coating(Microarc oxidation)is a new technique,which can i n-situ form the ceramic coatings on the surfaces of some non-ferrous metals. The principle and method for growths of ceramic coatings of microarc oxidation t echnique was introduced.Furthermore,it was introduced that coatings properties of microarc oxidation and the recent status,wide applications and prospects o f microarc oxidation technique on light alloy.
