【摘要】 目的回顾总结用带蒂大网膜包盖高位食管胃吻合口预防吻合口漏的经验。方法176例中上段食管癌患者均行食管部分切除、胃食管吻合术,吻合口周围包盖带蒂大网膜。结果仅1例发生术后吻合口漏,发生率0.57%,无手术死亡。结论用带蒂大网膜包盖高位食管胃吻合口,可以预防高位吻合口漏的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the experience of using pedicled greater omentum to cover the high esophagus-stomach anastomotic opening to prevent anastomotic leakage.Methods The176patients(102male,74female)with superior-middle segment esophageal carcinoma,aged26-80,were reviewed.All the patients were covered with pedicled great omentum on their anastomosis after esophagogastrostomy of esophageal cancer to prevent anastomotic leakage.Results Only1postoperatively occurred anasto-motic leakage,the incidence rate was0.57%.There was no operative death.Conclusion Pedicled great omentum can be used to decrease the incidence of high anastomotic leakage.更多还原
