【摘要】 目的 探讨早产儿的早期胃肠道干预方法。方法 选择23例早产儿,分成两组,在鼻饲喂养的同时,观察组进行早期非营养性吸吮及肛管刺激。结果 观察组较对照组患儿的残留奶量、腹胀次数明显减少,排便次数明显增加(P均<0.01)。结论早期进行非营养性吸吮及肛管刺激可有效改善早产儿的胃肠道功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the methods of improving gastric-intestinal function in premature infants. Methods 23 premature infants were randomly divided into two groups. On the same naso-gastric tube feeding condition,one group was used non-nutritive sucking and canal stimulation therapy. Results There was significant difference between two groups in the amount of residual milk in stomach,the times of excrete,the times of abdominal distention per day. Conclusion Non-nutritive sucking and canal stimulation therapy can effectively improve gastric-intestinal function in premature infants.更多还原
