【摘要】 目的 探讨腮腺深叶多形性腺瘤的诊断、鉴别诊断、手术方法。方法 对12例腮腺深叶多形性腺瘤的临床表现加以描述,并采用口内进路、口外进路、口内口外联合进路进行手术。结果 12例手术效果理想。结论 腮腺深叶多形性腺瘤在术前诊断及鉴别诊断明确的前提下,依据肿瘤波及的位置、范围,采用多种手术进路,可以缩短手术时间并提高手术成功率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To seek for diagnosis,differential diagnosis and operative treatment. Methods Describing the clinical manifestation of 12 pleomorphic adenoma of deep parotid,we had surgical treatments through transoral approach,ex-traoral approach,transoral and extraoral approach. Results 12 cases were success for surgical treatments. Conclusion Pre-operative diagnosis and differential diagnosis were essential for treatment of pleomorphic adenoma of deep parotid. Based on the position and range of tumors,it helps for shortening the surgical time and improving the surgical success rate through different surgical approach.更多还原
