QTL定位在作物遗传育种上的应用
QTL Mapping and Research of Crop Genetics
【摘要】 研究作物数量性状遗传对农作物育种具有十分重要的意义 .在用遗传标记研究与质量性状连锁的同时 ,人们发现遗传标记也可以与数量性状基因建立连锁关系 ,同时确定数量基因的位置 .笔者主要介绍了数量性状位点 ( QTL)作图在基因定位、构建饱和的遗传图谱和利用分子标记辅助选择进行作物育种中的应用
【Abstract】 Research of inheritance of quantitative trait is critical to the crop breeding. When people studied marker of genetics linked with the qualitative trait, they find that marker of genetics linked with the quantitative trait too. This paper showed the application of QTL mapping in genetic mapping, building saturate genetic map and molecular marker assisted selection of crop breeding.
