【Abstract】 Punitive damages in breach of contract, which could completely compensate the damages of victim, amerce and restrain the illegal breach, is the important supplement of the system of compensatory damages in value both in theory and in practice.This paper studies the requirement of application, scope of application and necessity of punitive damages in breach of contract, making beneficial explorations for our county to establish the system of punitive damages in breach of contract.更多还原
