化工过程测量数据在线校正系统CPDRS的设计开发与应用(Ⅱ)——CPDRS的系统设计与实现
The Development and Application of Chemical Process Data Online Reconciliation System (CPDRS)(Ⅱ): The Design and Realization of the CPDRS System
【摘要】 在前序工作对数据校正技术研究的基础上 ,提出了修正时间序列分析法、神经网络法、传统方法相结合的过程测量数据校正与模拟分析策略。根据生产装置数据校正的实际需求 ,研究了这一策略的可行性和实用性 ,对通用型化工过程测量数据在线校正系统CPDRS进行了设计开发 ,并在计算机上实现了相应功能。
【Abstract】 A process data reconciliation and simulation analysis strategy was presented on the basis of the study on data reconciliation technique, which is the combination of the modified time series analysis,artificial neural net and traditional technique. According to the actual requirement of the data reconciliation of production equipments,the feasibility and the practicability of this strategy were studied in detail.The universal chemical process data reconciliation system online (CPDRS) was developed, and the corresponding functions were realized on the computer.
