氨噻肟酸乙酯的生产工艺改进
Improvement of Process for Producing Ethyl (Z)-2-Methoxyimino-2-(2-aminothiazo-4-yl) Acetate
【摘要】 以乙酰乙酸乙酯为原料 ,经亚硝化、甲基化、溴化、环合连续反应生产氨噻肟酸乙酯 ,对各步合成工艺进行了改进 ,总收率提高到 70 .8%,简化了操作 ,降低了成本
【Abstract】 Ethyl Z 2 Methoxyimino 2 (2 aminothiazo 4 yl) acetate was synthesized through nitrosation, methylation, bromination and cyclization by using ethyl acetoacetate as raw material.The synthesis process for each step was improved. Based on the improvement,the operation proceduce was simplified and the production cost was reduced. The product yield was 70.8 %.
