【摘要】 对伴有化学反应的过程测量数据校正问题 ,在综合分析常用的双线性数据校正方法的基础上 ,提出了将 Simpson法与元素平衡法相结合用于含反应节点数据校正的新方法。实例研究的结果表明 ,新方法可有效地用于解决含反应节点的数据校正问题 ,其精度高于投影矩阵法 ,扩展了 Simpson法的应用范围。

【Abstract】 For data reconciliation in single reactor , the element balance technique is efficient and accurate. In the case of multi-unit process with chemical reaction, the data reconciliation can be effectively accomplished by means of Crowe’s projection technique. In this paper, a new strategy was proposed for this purpose based on the Simpson’s method and element balance method for the multi-component process with reactor units. Using data from industrial processes, the comparison was made between the new strategy and the Crowe’s projection technique.The results show that the new method gives a more accurate estimation than Crowe’s projection technique and it proves to be an attractive method for data reconciliation of multi-component process with reactions.
