【摘要】 为建立一种硫酸软骨素生产的新工艺,以牛鼻软骨为原料,采用增大碱浓度提取、复合酶水解及浓缩后酒精沉淀的方法探讨了工艺条件。在最佳实验条件下,得到硫酸软骨素为白色粉末,其纯度达95.2%,收率为32.6%。这一工艺可有效提高产品纯度和收率,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 To research a new method for production of chondroitin sulfate, the technologic conditions of extraction chondroitin sulfate from animal cartilage such as bovine nose cartilage was studied, with the extraction process of increasing concentration of strong bases, the enzyme hydrolysis process of compound enzyme and the alcohol precipitation method after vacuum evaporation. Under the best extraction conditions, the white powder of chondroitin sulfate was obtained at the yield rate of 32.6% and the purity of 95.2%.
