重污染树脂复苏中试结果
STUDY ON RECOVERY OF POLLUTED RESIN ANION
【摘要】 为了复苏被污染的阴离子交换树脂,首先按小试方案:(1)用粗盐水分离除去阴树脂中混杂的少量阳树脂;(2)用盐碱溶液浸泡以除去有机污物;(3)再用纯盐酸溶液浸泡以除去铁。然后将已复苏的阴离子交换树脂接车间制水系统的除碳水运行,其动态交换容量与新树脂的相当。
【Abstract】 This paper studied the recovery of resin anion polluted by iron and organic dirt.The result of experiment in lab to recover the polluted resin was:remove the resin cation from the resin anion,treat it with a alkaline sodium chloride solution and pure hydrochloric acid. Based on the result of experiment in lab, a larger scale experiment was carried out. The dynamic ion exchange capacity of the recovered resin equals to that of the new one.
