6102曲轴负压实型铸造工艺研究
Technological study of V-EPC in 6102 crankshaft casting
【摘要】 不同模样材料(EPS珠粒、PMMA珠粒)的发泡成型特性存在差异。蒸汽的压力、保压时间是影响模样质量的主要因素;在相同浇注条件下,实型铸造的充型阻力较砂型铸造的大,浇注时间增加约一倍;负压实型曲轴铸造表面质量符合要求。
【Abstract】 The characteristic of EPS in forming foam mould is different from PMMA.The quality of the foam mould mainly is depended on the pressure and the pressure holding time of gas.EPS has larger resistance in pouring process,and need double pouring time compared with green sand casting,the surface quality of crankshaft casting using V-EPC was good.
