实心橡胶轮胎温度场有限元分析
Finite element analysis of temperature field of solid rubber tire
【摘要】 根据高速履带车辆实心橡胶轮胎的工作条件,在合理假设基础上建立了轮胎热分析有限元模型。借助大型有限元分析软件ANSYS,对某型实心橡胶轮胎温度场的计算,得到了轮胎内部温度场的分布情况,并讨论了轮胎厚度、轮胎宽度、车速、载荷等参数对轮胎温升特性的影响。
【Abstract】 According to the operational condition and some reasonable hypothesis,a finite element model of temperature field of solid tire was established,based on finite element analysis software ANSYS,the temperature field of a kind of solid tire was calculated and the circumstance of distributing of internal temperature field was gotten,beside the effect of four parameters(thickness,width,velocity,load)on the highest temperature of solid tire was analyzed.
