直喷式柴油机燃烧室形状对气流运动及其排放特性的影响
Effects of Combustion Chamber Shape of the Direct Injection Type Diesel Engine on the Air Current Movement and the Emission Characteristic
【摘要】 利用AVL公司的FIRE软件,对缩口直喷式柴油机燃烧室内的流场进行了模拟计算,分析了不同燃烧室形状对流场分布及对燃烧室涡流强度的影响,同时对柴油机的排放特性进行了对比试验研究。结果表明,不同燃烧室形状对气流的运动影响明显,通过合理控制燃烧室内的气流运动特性,可有效地改善CO、HC及NOx的排放特性。
【Abstract】 The flow field in the combustion chamber of the necking-down direct injection type diesel engine is simulated with the FIRE software from AVL company.The effects of different combustion chamber shapes on the flow field distribution and the chamber turbulence intensity are analyzed,and in the same time,comparative test study on diesel en-gine emission characteristics is carried out.It is shown that combustion chamber shape has evident effects on flow move-ment,and emis sion characteristics of CO,HC and NO x can be improved effectively by appropriately control the air flow move ment characteristics in the combustion chamber.
