汽车车灯内部流动和传热特性的分析
Analysis of Air Flow and Heat Transfer Characteristics in Automotive Lamps
【摘要】 采用灯丝灯泡的非封闭式汽车车灯的结构形状复杂多样,常因为内部流动和传热的不当引起车灯内部的结雾、热变形、热损坏等问题。针对桑塔纳2000改进型前转向灯出现的结雾和局部温度过高问题,用数值模拟的方法对车灯内部流场、温度场进行了计算和分析,揭示了其内部的流场、温度场的分布,并以此指导车灯的优化设计。
【Abstract】 Structure and shape of unclosed filament-bulb automotive lamps are complex and diversified.There exists problems of fogging,thermal deformation,heat damage,etc.,inside the lamp that results from poor flow and heat transfer.In order to resolve fogging and local overheating of the front steering lamp of the modified SANTANA2000,flow field and tem perature field inside the lamp are calculated and analyzed with the numerical simulation method,and the inside flow field and temperature field distribution are brought to light,which can be used in lamp optimization design.
