两种纤维状非金属矿物在汽车制动摩擦片中的应用
Application of Two Fibered Nonmetal Minerals in Automotive Brake Friction Lining
【摘要】 以天然硅石灰和海泡石复合矿物代替石棉作为增强材料制备无石棉汽车制动摩擦片,可提高产品的各项性能。针对纤维状的硅石灰和海泡石进行了改性研究,获得了硅石灰和海泡石的最佳改性工艺。深入研究了硅石灰和海泡石制备制动摩擦片的基本工艺及性能。研究结果表明,采用硬脂酸作表面改性剂,当改性后的硅石灰和海泡石混合使用且比例小于1∶2时,其各项性能可达到国标,完全可代替石棉作为摩擦材料的增强材料。
【Abstract】 Substituting compound mineral of natural siliceous lime and sepiolite for asbestos in brake friction lining can improve all performances of product.Study on modification of fibered siliceous lime and sepiolite is carried out and the op timal modification process is obtained.The basic process of brake friction lining production with siliceous lime and se pi -olite and product performances are studied deeply.It is shown by studies that each performance of brake friction lining reaches the standard requirements and it can be completely used as the substitute for asbestos as the en hancing ma terial of friction materials when the modified siliceous lime and sepiolite are mixed with the proportion less than1∶2with stearic acid used as the surface modifier.
