【摘要】 为了适应自动化的连续热装、节能环保及降低成本,研制了一种新型的车桥轴管热装配感应加热装置。介绍了该加热装置的结构和工作过程,对加热装置的中频电源电路结构及工作原理进行了阐述,并提供了该中频感应电源的主要设计参数。实际应用表明,该装置可将单件加热时间由原来的30min降为3～5min,而且能耗低,工作性能稳定,具有推广使用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to adapt to the automatic continuous thermal assembling,to save energy and to reduce costs,one new induction heating apparatus for axle tube thermal assembling is developed.The structure and work process of the heat-ing apparatus are introduced.The electric circuit structure and the work principle of its intermediate frequency power sup-ply are expatiated,and the main design parameters of the intermediate frequency power supply are offered.It is shown by its practical application that the heating apparatus can shorten heating time of a single work piece from30min to3～5min,reduce energy consumption and work steadily,and is worthy to be recommended to practical use.更多还原
