【摘要】 通过试验和数值模拟,反求“长安之星”车架结构的弯曲和扭转刚度,建立了适用于“长安之星”车架结构的弯曲和扭转刚度测试的试验台,对其弯曲和扭转刚度进行了试验研究。在试验基础上,模拟了刚度测试过程中的约束和加载条件,进行了车架结构刚度的有限元分析。计算和试验结果的对比表明,二者吻合得较好。该研究结果为同类车型开发、改型及优化设计提供了技术手段和依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The bendi ng rigidity and torsion rigidity of the frame structure of the minibus are gotten reversely through tests and data simulation.The test bench measuring bending r igidity and torsion rigidity for the frame structure of the minibus is built to study its bending and torsion rigidity.Based on the tests,the finite element analysis of the frame structure are carried out with constraints and loading condition simulated in according to the tests.It is shown by compari-son betwe en calculation and test results that they fit closely.This study result supplie s a technical measure and a basis for development,improvement and optimal desi gn of the same type automotive.更多还原
