发动机连杆CAD系统研究
Study on the CAD System for Engine Connecting Rods
【摘要】 研究了基于特征的参数化设计及造型方法,完成了发动机连杆的参数化建模。利用Pro/E软件,通过VisualC++语言编程,开发了发动机连杆CAD系统,实现了发动机连杆的自动化设计和快速有限元分析。该系统将不同功能的模块有机结合,设计和分析采用同一数据库,实现了CAD/CAM的集成和并行。
【Abstract】 The parameterized design and s tyling method based on features are studied.Parameterized model of en-gine con necting rods are created.With Pro/E software and programming with VC ++ ,the CAD system for engine connecting rods is developed,which realizes aut omatic design and quick finite element analysis of engine connecting rods.The system organically combines modules with different functions together and the s ame database is used for engineering and analysis,so integration and parallel of CAD and CAM are realized.
