轻型车转向万向节叉冲压工艺的研究
Study on Stamping Process of Steering Universal Joint Yoke of Light Duty Truck
【摘要】 为追求汽车的轻量化及制造的低成本,针对汽车转向万向节叉传统制造方法的缺点,提出了万向节叉的以冲代锻新工艺,并对万向节叉的产品特点、冲压工艺制定、关键模具设计等方面的问题做了讨论。该工艺已应用于多种零件的批量生产,取得了较好的经济和社会效益。
【Abstract】 For the requirement of weight lightening and low costs of automobiles, a new stamping process substituted for forging of universal joint yokes was put forward. This new process overcomes the disadvantages of conventional yoke manufacturing method. The characteristics, stamping processes and key die designs of universal joint yokes are discussed. The new process has been successfully used for batch production of many parts and yielded good economic returns.
