【Abstract】 For the requirement of weight lightening and low costs of automobiles, a new stamping process substituted for forging of universal joint yokes was put forward. This new process overcomes the disadvantages of conventional yoke manufacturing method. The characteristics, stamping processes and key die designs of universal joint yokes are discussed. The new process has been successfully used for batch production of many parts and yielded good economic returns.更多还原
