粘弹性阻尼减振材料及其在汽车领域的应用
Viscoelastic Damping Materials and Its Application in Automotive Industry
【摘要】 论述了作为组成“减振板”的重要材料之一的粘弹性材料的阻尼原理、阻尼特性和基于粘弹性阻尼减振材料的两种结构形式。分析了国内外在“减振板”方面的研究、应用现状以及目前国内“减振板”在汽车零部件生产中存在的问题,提出了初步的解决方案。
【Abstract】 The paper discusses damping principle and damping characteristics of viscoelastic materials as one important material composition of damping plates,as well as two structures of viscoelastic damping materials.The current development and application status of damping plates at home and abroad,and the problems in domestic automotive parts production at present are analyzed.And some suggestions to solve these problems are also brought forward.
