合金元素对高铬铸铁堆焊层耐冲蚀磨损性能的影响
Effect of Alloy Elements on Erosion Resistance of Fe-C-Cr Surfacing Alloy
【摘要】 研究了合金元素镍和硅对高铬合金铸铁(Fe-C-Cr系)堆焊层耐冲蚀磨损性能的影响,从磨损机理和材料微观组织的角度做了理论分析,指出镍和硅能够明显改善堆焊层耐冲蚀磨损性能,并给出了在该试验条件下的适宜的合金元素含量。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the effects of nickel and silicon alloy elements on the erosion resistance of Fe-C-Cr surfacing alloy were studied.Theoretical analysis was carried out from the perspective of wear mechanism and microstructure.The conclusion was drawn that nickel and silicon can improve the erosion resistance of Fe-C-Cr surfacing alloy and proper content was obtained under the processing condition in the article.
