芳香醛系光亮氯化钾镀锌工艺
Aromatic Aldehyde Series Gloss Potassium Chloride Zincplating Technology
【摘要】 为了提高镀锌件产品质量和抗蚀性,对现应用的镀锌工艺进行了研究和分析,在保证污水处理容易、环境污染小的条件下,决定采用弱酸性氯化钾镀锌工艺。研究了氯化钾镀锌的配方和工艺。通过试验和实际生产,决定采用以芳香醛为主体光泽剂的氯化钾镀锌工艺。掌握了光泽剂的最佳添加范围、电流密度的控制范围和pH值的调整方法,分析了温度、滚筒转速、镀液成分对镀层质量的影响。
【Abstract】 In order to improve produc t quality and anti-corrosion of zincplating parts,research and analysis are conducted on current zinc plat ing technology.On the premise of sewage disposal easiness and low pollution,th e weak acid potassium chloride zinc-plating technology is employed.The formula and technology is studied.Based on experiment and practice production,aromat ic aldehyde series gloss agent potassium chloride zincplating technology is sel ected.Optimum addition range of gloss agent ,current density and adjusting me thod of pH value,are controlled,the effects of temperature,roller speed and p lating fluid composition on plating quality are understood.
