【摘要】 从目前看 ,现代信息网络技术在图书馆的广泛应用 ,并未明显提升图书馆的生存质量 ,图书馆事业的发展仍然举步惟艰 ,其根本原因是图书馆管理意识淡薄 ,管理观念陈旧 ,管理创新不足 ,管理机制乏力 ,管理水平低下 ,特别是管理中重微观管理、细节管理 ,轻宏观管理、战略管理 ,严重缺乏对图书馆宏观管理战略的研究与实践。要想改变当前这种状况 ,促使图书馆事业健康、持续发展 ,必须加强对图书馆人本管理、激励管理、服务管理、质量管理、集成管理等五大管理战略的研究与实践更多还原

【Abstract】 The author thinks that the extensive application of modern information network technique in library does not raise the existing quality of library apparently and the development of library is still very difficult inspected from the present situation.The radical reason is that the management of library is weak,the view is old,innovative management is subtle,the management mechanism is lack of power,management level is low,especially detail and micro-management is paid attention to,but macro-management and strategic management is ignored,and the research and practice of macro-management strategy is lacked heavily.To change the conditions for the time being,and push forward the development of library healthily and continuously,the research and practice of the management of person,encouragement,service,quality and integration must be strengthened.更多还原
