论联合国教科文组织信息管理软件WINISIS在中国推广的巨大意义

【摘要】 本文介绍了联合国教科文组织推出的 WINISIS的发展历史及其对建设书目数据库、事实和数值数据库及全文数据库的先进功能 ,论述了它在中国免费推广使用的巨大意义。

【Abstract】 The paper introduces the development history of WINISIS and the advanced function of its bibliography database,fact and number database,full text database,then states the magnificence meaning of expanding it free in China.
