【摘要】 企业信息化是一个复杂的系统工程 ,涉及面广、难度大、周期长、投资巨大 ,一旦投入使用 ,要进行大的变动是非常困难的 ,同时 ,变动可能造成人力、物力、财力的极大浪费。所以 ,对信息化的设计、实施过程要结合企业信息化的目标 ,从多角度进行过程控制 ,及时发现问题 ,调整原有方案。本文试图从系统观点出发 ,设计企业信息化绩效的多维动态评价指标体系 ,对企业信息化进行评价更多还原

【Abstract】 Enterprises’ Information is a complicated systemic engineering,which is wide,difficult,and needs large investment.Once it is carried our,it is very difficult to change,at the same time,changing means vast waste of personnel,material and wealth resources.Thus,information designing should combine with enterprises’ objective,do process control from more angles and adjust in time.The paper designs multi-dimension dynamic evaluation index system of enterprises’ information performance from the systemic view and evaluate enterprises’ information.更多还原
