【Abstract】 Based on the theory of subject and object of Marxist philosophy, and the Report to the 16th National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party by Mr. Jiang Zeming, this paper concludes that the subject in carrying out the important idea "three represents" is the CCP itself. Therefore, as the new foundation and premise of the implementation, the elevation of the overall quality of the Party is of crucial importance.更多还原
