【摘要】 目的 :观察立体定向放射治疗与健择化疗相结合 ,治疗不能手术的晚期胰腺癌的疗效。方法 :13例晚期胰腺癌健择 10 0 0mg/m2 ,2 8d为 1周期 ,在第 1,8,15天给药 ,治疗 2周期。化疗第 2天行立体定向放射治疗 ,分割剂量 5～ 7GY ,每周 3次 ,分 5～ 8次完成 ,DT4 0～ 4 8Gy。结果 :13例随诊 1年以上 ,症状减轻 ,6个月CT检查 ,CR 2例 ,PR 8例 ,NC 2例 ,PD 1例。中位生存期 12个月。结论 :立体定向放射治疗与健择化疗相结合 ,对晚期胰腺癌的治疗有重要价值更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the efficacy of stereotactic radiotherapy combined with gemzar for treatment of unresectable pancreatic cancer.Methods: Gemzar at dose of 1000mg/m 2,28 days per cycle,drug was given at 1,8,15 days,for two cycles.After 24 hours all patients were treated with stereotactic radiotherapy.Per fraction was 5～7G Y,three times per week.The total dose was 40～48G Y.Results: 13 patients were followed up for one year,symptoms were reduced and median survival was 12 months.Conclusion: Stereotactic radiotherapy combined with gemzar has important valves for unresectabal pancreatic cancer.更多还原
