【摘要】 目的 :观察人原发性肝癌 (PHC)和癌旁组织中Th1/Th2类细胞因子的漂移。方法 :以IFN γ和IL 2代表Th1类细胞因子 ,IL 4和IL 10代表Th2类细胞因子 ,以逆转录聚合酶联反应检测肝癌和癌旁组织中Th1/Th2类细胞因子的表达。结果 :PHC中 7/ 11为Th1型细胞因子表达 ,4/ 11为Th0型细胞因子表达 ;癌旁组织中 9/ 11为Th1型细胞因子表达 ,2 / 11为Th0型细胞因子表达。结论 :原发性肝癌和癌旁组织中Th1类细胞因子强势表达。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the expression of Th1 versus Th2 type cytokines in primary hepatic cancer(PHC)and its adjacent liver tissues.Methods:The gene expression of Th1/Th2 cytokines was detected by RT-PCR using IFN-γand IL-2 as Th1 type cytokine genes,IL-4 and IL-10 as Th2 type cytokine genes.Results:Thl type cytokines were expressed in 7 and 9 cases,while Th0 type cytokines in 4 and 2 among 11 PHC and their adjacent liver tissues,respectively.Conclusion:Th1 type cytokines are expressed predominantly in primary hepatic cancer and its adjacent liver tissue.更多还原
