【摘要】 目的 :探讨耐药基因蛋白Pgp、MRP、LRP、GST π在大肠癌组织中的表达及意义。 方法 :应用免疫组织化学方法检测 48例大肠癌组织中Pgp、MRP、LRP、GST π的表达 ,并分析其与临床病理特征的关系。结果 :Pgp表达与淋巴结转移有关 ,与性别、年龄、原发肿瘤部位、肿瘤大小、分化程度、局部浸润深度、远处转移、Dukes分期无关。MRP、LRP、GST π及四者联合表达与各项病理特征无关。结论 :临床检测大肠癌Pgp、MRP、LRP、GST π表达对大肠癌化疗方案的选择具有重要的意义更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the expression of P-glycoprotein(Pgp),muitidrug resistence protein(MRP),lung cancer resistence protein(LRP),glutathione-s-transteferase π(GST-π)in colorectal carcinoma and its correlation to clinicopathological features.Methods:The expression patterns of Pgp?MRP?LRP?GST-π in 48 patients with colorectal carcinoma were examined by immunohistochemistry SP mothod using monoclonal antibody to their protein.Results:The expression of Pgp was related to lympy node metastasis.Its expression was not related to sex and age of the patients,localization of the primary tumor,tumor size,histological grade,local invasion, distant metastasis and Duke’s stage.No relation could be established between expression MRP,LRP,GST-π and clinicopathological features.Conclusion:Detecting the expression of Pgp,MRP,LRP,GST-π might play an important role in chemotherapy strategy of colorectal carcinoma.更多还原
