新型中温胶粘剂的研制及性能研究
Develpment and Study on EpoxyAdhesive for Electric Products
【摘要】 本文以环氧树脂为基体 ,配以固化剂、促进剂、混合填料 ,研制了一种应用于电子元件贴装、液晶屏生产的中温固化单组分胶粘剂。文章同时对其固化工艺及性能进行了探讨
【Abstract】 An one-component adhesive curing middle temperature is composed of epoxy rein,incubative curing agent,accelerant and compounded filler,which can be used in SMT and LCD. The curing technique and the heproperties are studied in this paper.
