哌啶醇的NMR研究
A NMR STUDY OF PIPERIDINOL
【摘要】 测定了 2 ,2 ,6 ,6 四甲基 4 哌啶醇 (以下简称化合物 1 )、1 ,2 ,2 ,6 ,6 五甲基 4 哌啶醇(以下简称化合物 2 )的NMR谱 ,并对其1 H ,1 3C谱峰进行了全归属 ,利用 2DNMR技术研究了该化合物的立体结构 .
【Abstract】 D and 2D NMR techniques were used to elucidate the structures of 2,2,6,6-Tetramethyl-4-piperidinol and 1,2,2,6,6-pentamethyl-4-piperidinol. The resonance of all the carbon atoms and protons in the compounds were assigned, and the stereo structures of the compounds were determined by the NOESY technique.
