【摘要】 用 3种不同铝鞣剂预鞣 ,按白湿皮工艺鞣制山羊革 ,经整理干燥后 ,测试铝鞣革的抗张强度、断裂伸长率、崩裂强度、崩裂高度、撕裂强度和孔隙率 ,评价手感 ,组织学切片显微观察 ,考察纤维的分散情况 ,并比较三种不同情况。结果表明 ,铝鞣剂的结构不同 ,用其预鞣 ,再按白湿皮工艺生产的革的物理机械性能有差别 ,例如崩裂强度、孔隙率和柔软性等 ,可以选择使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The goat pelts were tanned by wet white with three aluminium tanning agents as pretanning according to the way~ [2 ,~ ] which have difference composition.The tensilestrength, breaking evaluation, lastometer load, lastometer height,tearing strength and porosity were measured, the handle was compared by experts.The results indicate that the composition of aluminium tanning agents affect some physical-mechanical properties of leather obviously, such as lastometer load, porosity and softness of the leather etc.Different aluminium tanning agents can be used for different objects.更多还原
