学校转换型领导对我国校长的要求
Principals in our country achieve some requirements of transformational leadership in schools
【摘要】 介绍了转换型领导及其特点,说明了学校转换型领导的主要思想,最后提出了学校转换型领导对我国校长的要求.
【Abstract】 Firstly,the article introduces transformational leadership and it’s characteristics.Secondly,we illuminate the main contents of transformational leadership in schools.Finally,principals in our country should achieve some requirements of transformational leadership in schools.
