【摘要】 本文分析了欧元正式流通以来中欧经贸关系的新变化 ,以及欧元流通对中欧经贸关系的影响。从长期看 ,欧元流通总体上对中欧经贸关系的发展是机遇大于挑战 ,有利于降低交易成本和风险 ,扩大中欧贸易投资 ,提高合作的深度和广度 ,但欧元流通推动了欧盟经济区域一体化进程 ,并将相对增加其区域内的封闭性和保护性 ,同时因欧元区经济仍处于磨合阶段 ,短期内中欧经贸关系仍存在一定的经济风险。有鉴于此 ,为了进一步推动中欧经贸合作的稳步发展 ,除了考虑避免或降低因贸易投资带来的外汇结算、借贷和储备风险外 ,更要注重通过扩大贸易和投资扩大双边经贸合作 ,大力开拓入盟候选国市场 ,同时推动贸易不平衡、贸易保护等问题的解决。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper explores the new development of Sino-European economic and trade relations since the launch of Euro, and the impact of Euro on the relations. It argues that, generally sqeaking ,the launch of Euro brings about more chances than challenges to the relations in the long term, it is not only favorable to the decrease of dealing costs and risks,but also to the increase of the bilateral trade and investment, so that it will promote the cooperation between the two sides. But, in the short term, China could face certain economic risks since the launch of Euro has been pushing forward the economic integration within the EU that will strengthen its trade protection to the outside world. Therefore,China should take active attitude to promote bilateral trade and investment and exploit the market of the candidate countries of EU, while avoiding the risks of foreign exchange balance, loan and reserve. Unbalanced trade and trade protection are also the problems for China to solve.更多还原
