【摘要】 改革开放后,新中国的民办高等教育迅速兴起并获得了快速的发展,但资金短缺问题日渐突出,成为阻碍其进一步发展的关键因素。从经济学的观点看,高等教育既具有产业趋利性又带有社会外部性,因此,民办高等教育可以而且应该利用多元化融资渠道来解决其发展中的资金短缺问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 After the reform and the opening-up to the outside world,the private higher education in China came into being and developed rapidly.But the problem of lacking fund has become more and more serious,becoming a key factor of preventing it from further development.From the viewpoint of economics,higher education has both characteristics of making profit like enterprises and characteristics of outside society.So private universities can and should use diverse financing channels to solve the problem of lacking fund in their development.更多还原
