【Abstract】 The intermediate methyl 5-amino-2-chloro-4-fluorophenylthioacetate was prepared using 4-chloro-2-fluoroacetanilide as a starting material 4-Chloro-2-fluoroacetanilide was converted into 5-amino-2-chloro-4-fluorothiophenol by three reaction steps including chlorosulfonation,reduction and hydrolysis,followed by reacting with methyl chloroacetate to give the titled compound The synthesis route is practicable for the advantages such as readily available materials and reagents and moderate and operationally simple conditions更多还原
