【Abstract】 Since the last ten years, high-technologization of marine industry in Hulu Island City hasdeveloped in the degree. First this paper analyzed the developmental conditions and advantages onhigh-technologization of marine industry in Hulu Island City, and deeply researched the existentproblems and developmental tendency on high-technologization of marine industry with thebackground and conditions on setting up "Hulu Island City in the marine".
