【摘要】 本文阐明了冻干技术的概念和冻干食品的特点,强调了发展我国冻干设备的必要性和成绩,指明了我国冻干食品产业的发展前景。
【Abstract】 food are detailed in this article. The necessities for, as well as achievements attained in developing freeze-drying equipments are stressed. The prospects of freeze-dried food industry are demonstrated.
