那氏778诱导剂浸种对黄瓜生育及产量品质的影响
The Effect to Cucumber’s Growing and Yield and QualityThrough Sinkng Seeds by Na’s778Revulsant
【摘要】 以清水浸种和嫁接黄瓜为对照,进行了不同浓度的那氏778诱导剂浸种的对比试验,结果表明,适宜浓度的那氏778诱导剂浸种能够在一定程度上控制黄瓜茎的纵向生长,但茎的横向生长和叶、根的生长明显加快,壮苗指数和G值有所提高,第一雌花节位明显降低,采收期提前1-8天,前期产量和总产量均显著提高;本试验条件下,以浸种浓度为1:100的处理最为适宜,总产量比清水浸种的对照增产63.8%,比嫁接的对照增产18.1%,浸种浓度为1:70的处理次之,总产量分别比清水浸种和嫁接的对照提高54.2%和10.9%。同时,诱导剂浸种可明显提高黄瓜干物质、糖和Vc的含量,改善黄瓜品质。
【Abstract】 Using fresh water sinking seeds and grafting cucumber as CK, we did the comparing experiment on sinking seeds by different densities of Na’s778 revulsant. The result showed that: proper density of Na’s778 re-vulsant sinking seeds can control the portrait growing of the stalk of cucumber, but the landscape onentation growing and leaves and roots apparently grow rapidly , the rate of strong plants and G value have increased. The location of the first female flower obviously decreased. The harvest time is 1-8days earlier than usual. The previous yield and total yield all developed apparently. Under the condition of this experiment, the treatment of 1: 100density is the best, total yield is 63.8 percent higher than fresh water CK, 18.1 percent higher than graft CK; the second is the treatment of 1: 70density, total yields are higher 54.2 percent and 10.9 percent than the treatment of Na’s778 revulsant fresh water sinking seeds are apparently better than the treatment of graft. Meanwhile, sinking seeds of cucumber can improve the capacity of its dry substance sugar and Vc, develop the quality of cucumber.
