【摘要】 加入WTO,对我国既是机遇又是挑战。农业是国民经济发展的基础,“三农”问题解决得好与 坏更是我国全面建设小康社会的关键。文章从加入WTO对我国农业面临的机遇和提出的挑战为切入点, 提出发展信息农业和建设农村信息网络是我国农业走向现代化并与国际农产品市场紧密接轨的根本保证, 也是全面建设小康社会的要求。针对我国农业信息网络滞后的现状,有针对性地提出了建设我国信息农 业体系和农村信息网络的对策和建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Putting in WTO is the opportunity as well as the challenge to China.The agriculture is the basis of the sustainable development of Chinese economy ,three agricultural problems are keys which China constructions totally a relative comfortable life .The paper puts forward that developing information agriculture and building up village information networks are important ensurements of Chinese agriculture modernization and internationalization and it is also the demand which China constructions a relative comfortable life ,starting from the opportunity and the challenge which Chinese agriculture is facing. On the basis of the ananysis of the present conditions of Chinese agricultural information net work ,the writer gives some suggestions and countermeasures in accordance with them.更多还原
