【Abstract】 The standard environmental toxicity organism Daphnia magna was used to study the chronic toxicity of PGR pesticide paclobutrazol (MET) in 21d chronic test. The results showed that MET had very large influence on the exist rate、growth、 reproduction index of famale and first generation、second generation.
