【Abstract】 In knowledge - economy era, college library must lead in the fields of knowledge management, transmission and service. At the same time college library must know the developing trend that the teachers are engaged in teaching research, do well in knowledge analysis, choice, arrangement and control, ling and provide the useful literature and information to customer.
